Double Wire Double Arc Submerged Arc Automatic Welding Machine (Cantilever/Gantry Type) CYSXBMH-1200, CYSLMH-4000, 5000

This machine is mainly used for the automatic submerged arc welding of pre-formed box girders. After replacing the separately purchased arc-guiding frame, it can also be used for the fillet welding of H-beams. The welding arm with the submerged arc welding head can move horizontally and vertically on the cantilever frame to align the welding nozzle with the weld seam. The welding arm is equipped with a mechanical arc-guiding device. Then, the gantry moves in a straight line on the steel rails to perform automatic welding.

This machine is equipped with an automatic flux laying, recycling, and processing device.

All arc-guiding movements on the gantry are automatically implemented by springs. The gantry's movement on both sides is synchronized and driven by AC variable frequency speed control. The welding arm is mechanically driven for vertical, horizontal, left, and right movement to adapt to welding different specifications of steel profiles.
