The main components such as the bed base, bed body, and spindle box are made of high-strength materials to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.
Adopting a 30 ° overall inclined bed structure and high-precision preloaded Taiwan linear rolling guide, the machine tool has high positional accuracy, smooth chip removal, and is suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining.
Key technologies:
1. High speed, high-precision, high rigidity box type spindle unit, servo spindle motor, can achieve higher spindle speed.
The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature chamber. After the spindle assembly, it should be run at a constant temperature for 72 hours, and then continuously run on the machine for 72 hours before leaving the factory to ensure the reliability of high-speed and high-precision performance.

3. In the X and Z directions, the servo motor is directly connected to the lead screw through a high torque and low inertia elastic coupling to ensure positioning accuracy and repeatability. Adopting advanced centralized automatic lubrication device and timed quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication to ensure stable and reliable operation.
4. The machine tool protection adopts a fully protected design, which is beautiful, waterproof, anti fall, reliable, and easy to maintain.
5. Description of the spindle: The spindle adopts Taiwan Hartford high-precision spindle bearing assembly and has undergone precision assembly and dynamic balance testing to ensure high spindle accuracy, low noise, and strong rigidity.
6. Description of the turret: Choose the Taiwan GAMT turret, which has fast tool changing speed and high positioning accuracy.
The commonly used tool is a servo hydraulic turret, but a power turret can also be selected.
7. Chuck Description: The chuck of this machine tool is a standard configuration that can meet the processing needs of the vast majority of users. Other manufacturers' products can also be configured according to user needs.
8. Two axis feed: The saddle moves along the bed in the Z-axis direction, and the slide drives the tool holder to move in the X-axis direction, both of which are connected to the ball screw through a coupling by a servo motor.
