TS-C6 Non-Metallic Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
Product Application:
Suitable for detecting internal voids, defects, and cracks (including their depth) in various non-metallic materials such as refractory bricks, graphite electrodes, wood, plastic, ceramics, and rocks. Also applicable for geological surveys and for testing the mechanical properties of non-metallic materials like rock masses and concrete.
Features and Performance
The ultrasonic testing and analysis instrument produced by our company was recognized by the Luoyang Refractory Materials Research Institute. It successfully and accurately detected fine cracks inside high-density refractory bricks with thicknesses exceeding 1.2 meters, receiving unanimous praise from the industry.
2. Graphite Electrode Testing
Our non-metallic ultrasonic flaw detector can be used to inspect large-volume graphite electrodes. The detection range for this graphite electrode reaches up to 3 meters. Our ultrasonic flaw detector is capable of effectively and accurately identifying internal cracks within it.
In September 2011, our technical staff, together with the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Beijing University of Technology, conducted tests on the wooden structures of the Prince Kung's Mansion. The tests focused on crack depth and internal corrosion voids in wooden columns. The results were cross-validated with those obtained using the stress wave method from Hungary, confirming the accuracy and high speed of our testing.
In September 2011, our technical staff collaborated with faculty and students from the College of Petroleum Engineering at China University of Petroleum to perform ultrasonic testing and analysis on core samples drilled from several thousand meters underground, focusing on their oil-bearing characteristics.
