Brief Introduction:
The TCK52D series machine tool adopts a 30 ° angled integral bed, and the bed material is HT300.
Cast using resin sand technology, with a reasonable layout of internal reinforcement.
The guide rail adopts imported linear roller guide rail, which improves feed accuracy, reduces friction resistance, has good rigidity, and has high resistance to vibration and deformation.
It can enable users to achieve high machining accuracy and improve the speed of rapid movement, resulting in high production efficiency.
1. Key technologies
(1) Two axis feed
The saddle moves along the bed in the Z-axis direction, and the slide plate drives the tool holder to move in the X-axis direction, both of which are connected by servo motors through couplings and ball screws. The screw adopts imported high-precision ball screw, which has high precision and accurate transmission.
(2) Chuck cylinder
The chuck of this machine tool is a standard configuration, capable of meeting the machining needs of the majority of users.
Chucks from other manufacturers can also be provided according to user requirements.
(3) Bed Saddle and Slide:
The saddle of this machine is integrally cast using HT300 cast iron. The slide and tool post are mounted on the saddle. The movement of the slide and tool post on the saddle is guided by imported roller linear guideways. Movement along the X-axis is driven directly by a servo motor through a flexible coupling connected to a ball screw. The screw uses a high-precision imported ball screw, ensuring high accuracy and precise transmission.
