GZ4233 CNC Horizontal Band Saw Machine
The main features of the CNC band sawing machine are as follows:
1. The CNC band sawing machine series is suitable for sawing large quantities of materials with the same specifications. The equipment has fast cutting speed, high efficiency, stability, energy-saving, and material-saving capabilities. It can be equipped with a small material bundling and clamping device.
2. The equipment has manual, fully automatic, and emergency stop functions. It operates with hydraulic feeding, stepless speed regulation, hydraulic clamping, automatic shutdown, and a band break protection device.
3. The human-machine interface replaces traditional control panels, incorporating digital settings, indicator lights, etc., to display system status, operation instructions, and parameter settings at any time. All settings can be completed in the human-machine interface dialog box, with all information displayed in Chinese for easy operation.
4. The programmable logic controller (PLC) allows for the automatic programming of the entire sawing process. The feeding length is controlled by a grating ruler, with a feeding length return error of ±0.2mm. It can set five groups of sawing parameters at once.

3,When users operate the machine, they only need to install the workpiece, input the desired cutting length and quantity. In manual control mode, the first cut (alignment) is performed, and then the mode is switched to automatic. The equipment will then automatically proceed with cutting according to the predefined program: feeding - clamping the workpiece - sawing - retracting the blade after completion - feeding again - reclamping the workpiece. This cycle continues until the workpiece is cut to the preset quantity.
