The LMZQH-3000 five-axis coordinated control welding special machine is a dedicated device used for welding the connecting sleeves of tower cranes. It mainly consists of the welding main frame, three-dimensional motion mechanism, wire feeder, welding power supply, welding gun, rotating structure, welding fixture, control system, etc.

The connecting sleeve welding special machine is divided into two welding heads. The welding heads can move freely along the X, Y, and Z directions. The two sets of heads on the X-axis are controlled by precision servo motors, while the Y-axis and Z-axis are controlled by precision stepper motors. The rotation axis is also controlled by precision Panasonic servo motors, requiring a total of 3 sets of servo motors and 6 sets of stepper motors for control. The two heads can simultaneously weld the connecting sleeves at both ends of the main boom, greatly improving production efficiency.

The dual-support rotation mechanism is designed to better coordinate with the welding heads to complete the welding work. After welding one side of the seam, the welding head is lifted or retracted to a safe position, allowing the workpiece to smoothly flip to the next welding position. The welding head then welds the connecting sleeve on the main boom again. After completing the welding, the welding head is lifted or retracted to a safe position again, and the dual-support rotation mechanism returns to a horizontal position, facilitating the disassembly of the workpiece. In other words, the machine adopts 5-axis and 9-group coordinated control.
