The MZ Series Submerged Arc Automatic Welding Machine is a welding equipment composed of the MZ Series Submerged Arc Welding Power Source and the MZ Series Submerged Arc Welding Automatic Carriage.

The MZ Series Submerged Arc Welding Power Source adopts double-star-shaped thyristor rectification with balanced reactors, providing automatic compensation for voltage fluctuations in the power grid and interference resistance.

It ensures a soft and stable arc with high reliability. When used in conjunction with the MZ Series Submerged Arc Automatic Carriage, it can be used for welding butt joints or fillet welds with or without beveling. These welds can be in a horizontal position or on a slope at a 15-degree angle to the horizontal plane.

The MZ Series Submerged Arc Welding Power Source is a high-performance welding power source widely used in submerged arc welding, carbon arc gouging, electroslag welding, manual welding, and steel insulation welding.

7. It features an arc initiation current adjustment potentiometer to improve arc initiation success.

8. It has a wire feeding current adjustment potentiometer to prevent wire sticking during welding.

9. It comes with a near/far control switch. In the far control position, submerged arc welding can be performed, while in the near control position, manual welding and carbon arc gouging are possible.
