The structure of the ZXE1 series AC/DC multi-purpose arc welding machine uses a dynamic-iron-type arc welding transformer. It adjusts the welding current by changing the position of the dynamic iron core relative to the static iron core. The dynamic iron core has a slope to achieve more uniform current regulation, eliminating the need for shifting within the entire current adjustment range. This makes the adjustment convenient. The dynamic iron core is equipped with special shock-absorbing devices, resulting in even welding current regulation, minimal vibration, low noise, and stable current. This machine is widely used in welding production in various industries such as automobile manufacturing, construction installation, chemical facilities, ship boilers, construction machinery, and bridge construction.
