Steel structure through shot blasting cleaning machine
This equipment is a multifunctional continuous pass-through shot blasting cleaning machine. It is primarily used for the cleaning, strengthening, rust removal, surface flaw detection, stress relief, and improved paint adhesion on the surfaces of H beams, box girders, steel plates, channel steel, and long-welded components. The equipment utilizes a roller conveyor system, and when processing structural steel and components, they can be directly suspended on the roller conveyor plane for proper alignment. When processing steel plates, the plates are first positioned on custom-made workpiece frames, and the workpiece frame and steel plate are then moved as a whole into the shot blasting chamber for shot blasting treatment. Through shot blasting cleaning, it enhances the fatigue resistance of the workpieces and ultimately achieves the goal of improving the surface and internal quality of the steel.
This equipment has a compact and rational design, with the characteristics of high efficiency, energy conservation, a large shot blasting capacity, high ejection speed, long lifespan of vulnerable parts, ease of maintenance, and safety and reliability. The main cleaning chamber is lined with a layer of modular high-strength alloy wear-resistant liner, which not only reduces maintenance frequency but also utilizes the rebound of steel shot to repeatedly impact the workpiece for effective cleaning. The workpieces to be cleaned undergo three-dimensional cleaning, entering the cleaning area via a roller conveyor. High-speed shot pellets are projected onto the workpiece surface from different coordinates and angles by the shot blasters, achieving a cleaning effect of 99.5% on the removal of surface oxidation, rust, and oil contamination.
