Numerical Control Intersecting Line Plasma Cutting Machine


The XGDCUT series Numerical Control Intersecting Line Plasma Cutting Machine is a specialized pipe cutting device that utilizes digital control. The equipment can be configured with two to six control axes, achieving coordinated axis control during cutting. It has the capability to cut various intersecting lines and holes, with control modes of up to 8 axes and 7-linkage. It can perform angle beveling, fixed beveling, and variable angle beveling cutting for pipe diameters ranging from 60mm to 800mm. The equipment also features compensation for pipe roundness and eccentricity.

The control axes are as follows:
X-axis: Workpiece rotation drive.
Y-axis: Torch movement along the axis of the pipe.
Z-axis: Torch swinging along the axis of the pipe.
U-axis: Vertical torch ascent and descent motion.
W-axis: Torch swinging radially along the pipe.
V-axis: Nozzle extension and contraction along the torch axis.

This equipment uses plasma power for cutting and offers a broad cutting range, capable of cutting all metal pipes. It boasts high cutting speed and efficiency. The utilization of fine plasma cutting technology ensures cutting quality approaching that of laser cutting.
