Sawdust Dryer Wood Drying Machine for Drying Wood Chips and Bark


The wood drying machine is designed and manufactured specifically for drying sawdust, small wood chips, and bark. It features a large drying capacity, significant energy-saving effects, and low maintenance. The main components include an air heater, feeder, airflow drying pipe, cyclone separator, and fan.

The wood drying machine uses homemade combustible gas as the heating source. The drying process consists of two parts: the drum section and the serpentines tube section. The drum section includes an inner drum and an outer moisturizing layer. The inner drum is equipped with three internal helical blades, allowing the drying material to move uniformly, known as stir-frying heating. The serpentines tube section reuses the heat source, and a negative pressure induced by the air blower is used to draw the drying material into the spiral separator for separation, achieving the drying effect.

1. Utilizing a three-zone (high-temperature zone, medium-temperature zone, and low-temperature zone) drying mode. The high-temperature zone is primarily for heating the material, the medium-temperature zone involves substantial evaporation of water vapor, and the low-temperature zone automatically cools down and further evaporates water vapor.

2. 'N' layered structure design, with minimal heat dissipation, high heat transfer efficiency, and more conducive to the drying of materials.

3. Special lifting and spreading devices to enhance the efficiency of material and gas exchange.

4. The transmission device adopts independent gear transmission, with a compact structure that avoids slipping; installation and maintenance are more straightforward, ensuring higher stability.

5. Utilizing variable frequency speed regulation to adjust the drum speed and an automatic temperature monitoring system.

6. Optimized structural design and wear-resistant treatment ensure the equipment's service life.

Drying machine working principle:

Wood chips enter the wood chip dryer and, through the combined action of the spraying pipe and the rotary drum, the material boils and fluidizes inside the drum. The hot air comes into full contact with the material, completing the drying process.
