Custom Diameter 3.5m Turntable 5 Tons Welding Rotary Table
The main components consist of a rotating worktable, large-scale high-strength rotary support, high-torque reducer, variable frequency braking motor, conductive device, electrical control system, etc. The rotation speed of the rotating worktable is variable frequency stepless speed regulation. The rotating worktable is composed of a turntable and six legs.
1) Mainly composed of rotating mechanism, base, and electrical control system.
2) The rotating mechanism mainly consists of a rotating worktable, rotating support, transmission mechanism, etc.
3) The diameter of the rotating worktable is φ3500mm, made of steel structural components, composed of a turntable and six extended legs. It has radial T-slots on the front for machining, and through holes are machined on top. The tabletop is machined with a circular groove for easy centering of workpieces.
4) The worktable surface is machined with concentric circles, facilitating the alignment of workpieces and fixtures.
5) The worktable is fixed on a specialized rotating support to ensure smooth bearing and rotation under the rated load. The bottom of the worktable is welded with profiled sections, reinforced in stress-prone areas.
6) The worktable is fixed on the rotary support to ensure stable rotation. It utilizes the load-bearing capacity of the rotary support, characterized by high load-bearing capacity and precision rotation.
7) The rotary support adopts a large-scale high-strength 'single-row ball-type rotary support', produced by a professional manufacturer. It features advantages such as reasonable structure, good rigidity, light weight, and long lifespan. The design of the rotary support includes a heat-resistant rubber fully sealed device, preventing lubricating oil from leaking and external dust from entering to damage the rotary support. It meets the requirements for use in relatively harsh welding environments.
8) The rotation of the worktable is driven by an AC motor through a combination of arc tooth helical gear worm and cycloidal pinwheel reducer. The output gear of the reducer meshes with the rotary support, thus driving the worktable rotation. When the workpiece is under rated load, the dual self-locking performance of the motor actuator and the worm gear ensures that it can be locked at any position. The worm gear reducer is the secondary stage, ensuring good self-locking performance. The arc tooth helical gear worm reducer has the characteristics of large bearing capacity and strong impact resistance.
9) The rotary drive reducer adopts a well-known brand product.
10) The entire drive unit is equipped with protective casing to ensure that external dust cannot enter the transmission system.
11) The entire rotating mechanism is installed on a box-type structural welded component (i.e., the base), which is used to support the workpiece and withstand certain impact loads and torsional forces. The use of a box-type structure enables effective load-bearing and torsional resistance. After welding, the box-type welded component undergoes annealing treatment before further processing. Reinforcements are arranged internally and externally according to the stress conditions.
12) A conductive device is installed between the box-type beam and the worktable to form a welding ground circuit. Insulation treatment is applied between the conductive device and the beam to prevent bearing overcurrent, which could cause damage to equipment components.
13) The conductive rods in the conductive device are made of copper rods. The contact surface between the conductive pillar and the worktable is polished smooth but not painted to ensure good conductivity and prevent adhesion between the copper rod and the worktable after overheating.
14) The electrical control system consists of an electrical control box and a manual control box.
15) The electrical control box consists of contactors, inverters, etc., mainly used to control the motor's on/off operation to achieve the mechanical actions required by the process, and to control and protect the drive motor. The speed control system adopts a high-performance, multi-functional inverter with wide range and constant torque speed control characteristics, ensuring smooth speed adjustment. Speed is displayed using a high-precision digital display meter, providing high overall stability and strong anti-interference capability. The entire control system is equipped with overload protection, power failure protection, and other devices to ensure personnel and equipment safety.
16) The operation box is designed in a collision-proof structure and equipped with a suspension device for convenient operation and use. The connection cable between the control box and the manual control box adopts ultra-soft multi-core cables to ensure reliable use.
