H beam flange straightening machine

The HYJ series H-beam flange straightening machine is a dedicated machine for straightening the flanges of H-beams. Its main unit utilizes a high-power motor and a cycloidal pinwheel reduction drive, resulting in high transmission efficiency and fast straightening speed. The straightening rolls are made of high-quality alloy steel with advanced heat treatment processes to ensure stability and a long lifespan in the straightening process. All components have been reinforced for durability.

The performance features are as follows:
During the welding and forming of I-beams or H-beam flange plates, there is bending deformation that occurs in the heating process. Flange correction is used to correct the flange plates of the welded I-beams. Its main drive uses a motor and a cycloidal pinwheel reducer transmission, resulting in high transmission efficiency and fast correction speed. The pressing device uses a patented ultra-low-speed motor drive, providing high output torque and smooth operation. All correction rolls are made of high-quality alloy steel and have undergone advanced heat treatment to prevent the parts from developing cracks easily.
