1. The fully automatic CNC horizontal band saw machine is a new type of optical, mechanical, and electrical integrated equipment developed by the company. This product extensively applies advanced and mature CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology, replacing conventional electrical controls with programmable PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controllers, significantly enhancing the working reliability of the band saw. The use of a digital grating ruler-based feeding control system, achieves high-precision feeding. The 'Human-Machine Interface' operating panel, equipped with a human-machine dialogue function, allows for file management and multiple preset programs, making operations more intelligent. The mechanical operation is extremely simple and efficient. This product is domestically pioneering, with all technical indicators leading domestically and reaching an advanced level comparable to international counterparts.
3. When users operate the machine, they only need to install the workpiece, input the desired cutting length and quantity. In manual control mode, the first cut (alignment) is performed, and then the mode is switched to automatic. The equipment will then automatically proceed with cutting according to the predefined program: feeding - clamping the workpiece - sawing - retracting the blade after completion - feeding again - reclamping the workpiece. This cycle continues until the workpiece is cut to the preset quantity.
4. The hydraulic clamping structure is adopted, allowing the workpiece to enter the sawing position from the rear of the saw bed for cutting.
5. Utilizing hydraulic-driven movable table (mobile base), it can swiftly and accurately move the workpiece forward and backward, completing the sawing positioning task. The mobile frame supports material feeding, ensuring more precise positioning.
6. The unique backflow valve hydraulic system, with the sawing descent speed adjusted by a speed control valve, prevents abnormal damage to the saw band and achieves optimal cutting results.
7. Designed with a single hydraulic cylinder, combined with a large-diameter column and an extra-long sliding sleeve (equipped with self-lubricating bearings), it forms a stable band saw cutting structure.
8. The entire hydraulic system adopts a water-cooled constant temperature system, ensuring smoother sawing.
9. Safety Devices:
A. The device cannot be started unless the material is securely clamped to the saw blade.
B. The automatic stop device for jamming and belt breakage.
C. The no load noise is less than 70 decibels.
