The JXDCUT series CNC Fine Plasma Cutting Machine is an efficient, high-precision, and low labor-intensive CNC cutting equipment, widely used in the sheet metal cutting process of various machinery manufacturing industries.
It can cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metal sheets. This series of products falls under the category of laser-like cutting machines. Its fine plasma cutting technology has achieved surface quality in material cutting close to that of laser cutting, but it can cut much thicker materials compared to laser cutting, and at a much lower cost.

Key Features:
1. The overall structure undergoes annealing, shot blasting, and painting treatment. The machine frame's guide rails are made using high-frequency quenching and grinding, which results in excellent rigidity, high precision, and structural stability.
2. High precision is achieved through dual-side servo drive. The large frame has good rigidity and exhibits favorable dynamic characteristics. Both the longitudinal and transverse drive units employ Japanese Panasonic AC servo motors, precision gear and rack backlash-free meshing transmission, and high-precision encoders for feedback, ensuring the cutting machine's operational accuracy.
3. Equipped with a three-axis coordinated precision arc voltage height adjustment system and a capacitance height adjustment system, it can dynamically and precisely adjust the distance from the steel plate in real-time.
4. The CNC system is fully functional, featuring a comprehensive CNC system with manual keyboard input and USB input capabilities. It includes functions such as gap compensation and automatic acceleration and deceleration at corners.
5. The plasma cutting power source for the machine typically comes with an original imported fine plasma cutting power source, resulting in narrow kerf, smooth cutting edges, and high efficiency.
