1. Main Structural Features of the Machine Tool:

(1) Magnetic Ring Encoder:
The machine tool spindle encoder adopts the Syntec magnetic ring encoder. After being detected by the Renishaw laser measuring instrument, the spindle accuracy reaches within 10 arc seconds, effectively improving processing precision.
 
(2) Power Turret:
BMT55 (optional BMT65), 12 stations, rigid rail Y-axis travel ±50, power motor.
 
(3) The rail width is 55 with cylindrical roller guides, possessing high strength
and rigidity. The heavy-duty, integrated slant bed is inclined at 45°, and the Z-axis guide features six sliders evenly distributing the force, increasing rigidity and stability.
 
(4) A2-11 Heavy-Duty Spindle:
The spindle has a length of 830mm, φ270mm. It adopts a combination arrangement of large-diameter precision angular contact thrust ball bearings and double-row cylindrical roller bearings, driven by a high-power spindle servo motor with a synchronous belt transmission ratio of 1:3. It has excellent rigidity and high torque at low speeds.

(5) Ball Screw φ60:
The X-axis and Z-axis ball screws adopt a pre-tensioned internal circulating nut structure. The screw-supporting bearings use ball bearings specially designed for screws with a contact angle of 60°, capable of withstanding high axial loads, ensuring the rigidity and precision of the feed transmission device.

(6) Hydraulic Programmable Tailstock:
Tailstock Taper MT5, sleeve internal rotating structure, hydraulic motor drives the tailstock left and right movement, tailstock hydraulic locking.


1.  The inclined bed body at 45 degrees is integrally cast with the base, made of high-strength cast iron through finite element analysis to achieve the optimal arrangement of reinforcing ribs. Utilizing high-strength cast iron material, resin sand molding, and undergoing thorough secondary aging and natural aging processes, the foundational components of the machine tool exhibit high rigidity, ensuring long-term stability in the machine tool's use.

The tailstock section is programmable control, and the sleeve adopts an internal rotating structure. The use of a dead center needle significantly improves cutting stability and accuracy. The tailstock body is hydraulically automatically clamped, and the overall movement is equipped with hydraulic automation as standard, with the option to install servo motor drive.

2. The X and Z axes both use high-precision, high-load capacity, and highly reliable linear roller guides. The Z-axis guide employs a total of 6 extended sliders, significantly enhancing cutting rigidity. Coupled with automatic forced lubrication, this reduces friction resistance during feed motion, improving machine tool accuracy and lifespan. The friction coefficient of the original sliding friction can be reduced to one-fiftieth, resulting in higher feed speeds and positioning accuracy for the machine tool.

3.  The X and Z-axis ball screws adopt a pre-stressed internal circulating nut structure. The screw support bearings use 60° contact angle ball bearings specifically designed for screws, capable of withstanding high axial loads, ensuring the rigidity and precision of the feed transmission system.

4.  The spindle employs a combination arrangement of large-diameter precision angular contact thrust ball bearings and double-row cylindrical roller bearings. The powerful spindle is driven by a servo motor with a transmission ratio of 1:3, providing excellent stiffness and high torque at low speeds.

5.  The electrical unit cabinet of the machine tool has good sealing performance and is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring the normal operation of the CNC system in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.

6. Utilizing a side-mounted chain plate chip conveyor. The operation of the chip conveyor is programmable, and its installation involves pushing it in from the front of the machine tool, allowing for easy adjustment.

Additionally, the chip conveyor can be optionally equipped with an oil-water separation mechanism. This mechanism can separate lubricating oil from the cutting fluid, reducing the generation of oil mist, enhancing the cooling effect of the coolant on the cutting tools, and extending the tool's lifespan.

(1) The machine tool is equipped with a water gun for cleaning iron chips.
(2) The chip conveyor is arranged reasonably, avoiding interference with the machine tool bed.


7.  The hydraulic system uses hydraulic components from Taiwan. The oil tank is fixed at the back of the bed, and various valve groups along with their corresponding pressure gauges are installed on the left and right front covers of the machine tool. This setup facilitates the observation and adjustment of the pressure in each working circuit.

8.  The machine tool emphasizes the design of edge processes, ensuring reliable protection. During heavy-duty cutting and high-pressure coolant injection, there is no splashing or leakage of iron chips and coolant beyond the machine tool.

9.  Hydraulic chuck clamping and releasing can be foot-controlled, making it convenient and quick.
