Semi-automatic GX4230-45° Rotating Band Saw
Function and Features:
1. GX4230-45° Horizontal Band Saw is a new electromechanical integrated device developed by our company. This product combines the essence of similar domestic and foreign products, featuring high technological content, high cutting precision, and high efficiency. It is the ideal equipment for mass cutting.
2. The unique backflow valve hydraulic system allows the cutting descent speed to be adjusted by the speed control valve. This precision system prevents abnormal damage to the saw blade and achieves optimal cutting results.
3. The single hydraulic cylinder design, combined with a large-diameter column and an extra-long sliding sleeve (with a built-in self-lubricating bearing), forms a stable cutting structure.
4. Safety Devices:
A. The saw blade cannot start if the material is not clamped well.
B. No-load noise is less than 70 decibels.
Transmission Components:
Worm Gear - Made of tin bronze material, processed with a precision worm gear hob on a precision gear hobbing machine.
Worm Shaft- After quenching, it is ground and processed on a precision worm shaft grinding machine, resulting in high surface finish and high precision.
Gearbox Housing- The processing accuracy is ensured by a specialized boring template, providing a long service life for the worm gear box.
Column:
The surface is hard chrome plated and finely ground, making it highly wear-resistant. Its guide sleeve is made of self-lubricating, wear-resistant material, preventing creeping during operation. The clearance between the two is very small, resulting in good rigidity and excellent verticality of the saw-cut surface.
