KHB12-80 Tube - Tube Sheet Orbital Welder
KHB12-80 could address the issue of operator error in gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW/TIG).
KHB12-80 is composed of the power supply with integrated computer control and the welding
head.
KHB12-80 could process carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium and other alloy.
KHB12-80 Mainly used in boilers, heat ex-changers, pressure vessels, chemical industry and
other industries.
KHB12-80 could be used for Tube-tube sheet joint forms as following pictures showing:
flat head butting (fusion welding), external extension angle joint (external angle welding),
indent angle joint (internal angle welding) and so on, with or without wire feeding.

Weld heads
1. Tube to tube sheet orbital weld head.
2. Narrow design and Portable type with less weight only 6.5kg. And There is a spring balancer which can handle the weld head.
3. Can automatic return back after finishing welding work.
4. Water cooling channels running through the entire weld heads body have provided for excellent heat dissipation that enable the weld heads to work continuously for long time even at high welding currents and intensive load.
5. The enclosed design and the insert gas management system of the heads ensure a permanent infiltration of the weld seam during welding work.
6. Insert wire feeder system.
