The system consists of a set of Canopen industrial robot system CRP-14, with arm length 1.4 meters; a set of Magmmit digital welding power supply CM500R, anti-collision welding gun, wire feeding structure, and electrical cables, as well as a set of base.

Canopen CRP-14 Welding Robot System
- Using the most advanced domestic RC control system, the robot can continuously optimize acceleration and deceleration based on actual payloads, minimizing operational cycle times as much as possible.
- By using the built-in service information system to monitor its own movements and payload conditions and optimize service requirements, the robot can work continuously for longer periods.
- The robot controller adopts a hardware structure based on ARM+DSP+FPGA, capable of controlling 6 to 8 axes, with a processing speed of up to 500MIPS. It features a high-speed motion control fieldbus, Ethernet, RS232, RS485, CAN, and DEVICEnet interfaces, enabling continuous path programming and online teaching, along with remote monitoring and diagnostic capabilities.
- The robot's on-site fieldbus possesses high-speed real-time characteristics, resolving the bandwidth versus real-time trade-off and balancing communication speed with real-time control, addressing real-time data interaction issues between different modules.
- The structure is reasonable, with low motor power and low energy consumption.
- Modular structure for easy and convenient maintenance and servicing.
- Color screen teaching pendant for convenient and efficient operation.
- Working radius of 1400mm with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.08mm.

Control Cabinet
- The control hardware of the robot is fully optimized and integrated within a control cabinet. Control is achieved through the robot control platform, and it features comprehensive network monitoring capabilities, all accomplished by programming the robot's functions.
- Use a full-color touchscreen operator panel.

2. Magmmit All-Digital Industrial Heavy-Duty CO2 Gas Shielded Welding Machine CM500R
The Magmmit Welding Machine CM500R is a fully digital welding machine widely used in the market, especially in conjunction with robot welding. It offers stable welding performance, full digital communication with robots, and strong anti-interference capabilities. Its main features include:
