Biomass Briquette Machine Vertical Ring Die Sawdust Wood Pellet Mill Machine
The ring die biomass pellet machine is a new type of pellet machine. This structure of the pellet machine uses a large modulus hard-toothed surface helical gear reducer, reinforced spindle, strong power output, stable equipment operation, low failure rate, and low production cost. It is the main model in the biomass industry.
Advantages of the Pellet Machine:
1. The feeding method is vertical, and due to the action of centrifugal force, it avoids the occurrence of material blockages.
2. The grinding tool adopts multi-stage processing, making it more durable. The design is rational, using upper and lower layers of grinding tool holes, reducing costs, and increasing both production and efficiency.
3. An automatic lubrication system has been added, eliminating the need for oiling each time. This allows the machine to work continuously for 24 hours, thereby increasing production.

8. The rotation of the pressure roller generates centrifugal force, ensuring the uniform distribution of materials with four-axis rotation.
Working Principle:
Before pelletization, the following conditions must be met:
1. The raw materials need to be in sawdust form, and if they are too large, they must be processed by a chipping machine or crusher before being further processed.
2. The moisture content of the raw materials should be between 10-15%. If the moisture content is too high, a three-drum dryer or single-drum dryer should be used for drying.
The Biomass Pellet Machine (Ring Die) uses a two-stage transmission system with a belt and turbo gear. Feeding relies on the material's gravity, adhering to the conveyor belt for transportation. It is also equipped with a dust removal device to effectively eliminate dust generated during the process. The design also minimizes noise and component wear during machine operation.
The crushed materials enter the pellet machine through the feed inlet, where two or three rotating turbo components compress the materials into solid pellets, which are then discharged through the peripheral die holes to form pellets.
