I Machine tool characteristics:
1. This machine tool inherits the high-speed and high-precision vertical lathe structure from foreign countries, and the main structure adopts a fixed column and fixed beam structure, taking into account the heavy cutting and precision machining of large disc or shaft parts.
2. This machine tool is designed and manufactured with advanced cast iron and box structure, and has undergone appropriate annealing treatment. Eliminating internal stress, making the material tough, coupled with a box shaped structural design and a high rigidity body structure, this machine has sufficient rigidity and strength, and the whole machine has the characteristics of heavy cutting ability and high precision.
3. The base adopts a box shaped structure, with thick ribs and multi-layer wall design, which can minimize thermal deformation and withstand static and dynamic twisting and deformation stress, ensuring high rigidity and stability of the bed.
4. The column adopts a special symmetrical box structure, which can provide strong support for the sliding table during heavy cutting, making it the best display of high rigidity and precision.
5. The spindle support bearing adopts high-precision cross roller bearings, which have high accuracy, good stability, low friction, and good heat dissipation. They are suitable for low-speed and long-term heavy cutting, and can fully achieve high-speed precision machining.
6. The X guide rails are all made of Taiwan's H-grade precision strong roller linear guide rails, which have the characteristics of fast movement speed, high sensitivity, good wear resistance, long service life, no transmission clearance, and small dynamic and static friction coefficients. They have extremely high acceleration and deceleration performance and precise linear accuracy retention, providing a good foundation for high-speed machining; It can also ensure that the machine tool has stable and precise motion accuracy and position accuracy.
7. The Z-axis adopts a square sliding pillow structure, and the guide rail surface is coated with plastic to ensure maximum chip processing rigidity.
8. Adopting a high torque spindle motor and a two-stage gearbox for high torque output, combined with precision helical gear reduction of the spindle, the machine has excellent heavy cutting ability.
9. The X and Z axes are equipped with Taiwan made HIWIN C3 grade large diameter precision ball screws, which are pre stretched to ensure optimal accuracy, minimize positioning errors, and enhance axial movement rigidity.
10. A fully enclosed protective system can ensure that the working face is clean and tidy, in compliance with ISO14001 environmental requirements. Machine tool iron filings are collected in a centralized manner, equipped with a chip conveyor and a collection car for iron filings.
11. The machine tool has high precision, with a positioning accuracy of 0.02mm for linear motion and a repeated positioning accuracy of 0.01mm.
12. Key electrical accessories are all made of brands, and the protection level of the electrical cabinet is IP54, ensuring the long-term reliable operation of the equipment.
