The gantry-style CNC plasma/flame cutting machine is a multifunctional thermal cutting automation device that combines computer control, precision mechanical drive, and oxygen-fuel or plasma cutting. It offers high efficiency, precision, and reliability, suitable for processing a variety of materials and meeting the needs of large, medium, and small-scale enterprises.

The main body of this gantry-style CNC flame/plasma cutting machine adopts a gantry structure, featuring an attractive appearance and good stability. The mechanical drive system utilizes high-precision servo systems, high-precision gear racks, and low-backlash planetary gear reducers. An automatic backlash compensation device is added to ensure backlash-free transmission, guaranteeing excellent performance and accuracy of the cutting machine. The standard configuration includes one flame cutting torch and one plasma cutting torch, allowing for both flame and plasma cutting. The plasma cutting power source can be configured according to the user's requirements, either with our company's produced inverter soft-switching plasma power source or with an imported high-precision cutting power source. Additionally, an arc voltage height control system can be configured upon request, providing collision prevention functionality for the plasma cutting torch during the cutting process.
