CK6150X2000 CNC Horizontal Lathe
I. Brief Introduction:
The CK6150 series CNC horizontal lathe features high precision, high power, and high rigidity. Its main components and structure have been optimally designed, making it the preferred equipment for machining shaft, disk, sleeve, special-shaped surfaces, and screw-type workpieces.
The GSK 980TB3 system and full digital AC servo system, with both the X and Z axes using semi-closed loop control, are equipped with C3 grade precision ball screws. The electrical components are all from well-known imported or domestic brands, meeting CE or domestic 3C certification standards.
The machine tool is equipped with a domestically renowned brand vertical four-position CNC tool turret, which features high positioning accuracy, high strength, and good vibration resistance.
Before leaving the factory, the machine tool is strictly inspected according to the inspection procedures. Each machine tool uses a laser interferometer to test the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the X and Z axes, ensuring the stability and reliability of the machine tool's precision.
II. Advantages of this machine:
1. The mating surfaces between the headstock and the bed, tailstock, and carriage of the machine tool are hand-scraped. The entire machine is inspected using a laser interferometer, effectively ensuring the positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy, and backlash of the Z and X axes, as well as the stability of the machine tool.
2. The machine tool uses high-strength cast iron, with the addition of special materials such as copper and chromium. The quenching depth of the bed guide rails reaches 3 mm, effectively enhancing the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.
3. The machine tool uses centralized lubrication, with forced circulation lubrication for the headstock. This design ensures the cleanliness and heat dissipation of the headstock, particularly in hot southern climates, effectively extending the service life of bearings and gears.
4. The machine tool spindle uses Wafangdian bearings, with a spindle through-hole diameter of φ82mm. The machine tool gears are precision ground, effectively increasing gear hardness and reducing machine tool noise.
5. The machine tool uses Qiqian ball screws. The Z-axis and X-axis ball screws adopt a stretched structure, improving the accuracy of machining the outer diameter and inner hole dimensions of workpieces.
6. The machine tool uses a Wenchang four-position electric tool turret with no need for lifting. Tool holder size: 25x25mm.

IV. Main Components Introduction
1. Bed:
Adopts a flat bed structure, resin sand molding, and high-quality cast iron casting. The guide rails use medium-frequency quenching, grinding, and plastic coating processes, providing excellent wear resistance and precision retention."
2. Headstock:
The spindle structure adopts a typical two-point support at both the front and rear ends, providing high rigidity. The bearings use high-precision spindle bearings from Harbin Bearing Factory, ensuring high rotational accuracy. The main drive is frequency-controlled; the main drive gears are hardened and ground, and all drive components and rolling bearings are lubricated with high-pressure oil, offering excellent high-speed performance with low temperature rise. The headstock design fully considers heat dissipation measures and vibration reduction mechanisms, resulting in low noise and high transmission accuracy, with machine noise not exceeding national standard limits. The machine tool is equipped with electrical overload protection, mechanical overload protection, and an emergency stop device for controlling spindle rotation. For automatic transmission models, the automatic transmission control box is externally mounted.
3. Turning Main Motion:
The spindle is driven by a frequency-controlled motor through a V-belt and a speed-changing mechanism to drive the headstock. The frequency control system allows for stepless speed adjustment of the motor, which has a power rating of AC 7.5 kW. This main drive system has been carefully optimized to provide high transmission accuracy, excellent power and torque characteristics, high speed, smooth operation, and a compact structure.
4. Feed Motion:
The transverse (X-axis) and longitudinal (Z-axis) feed motions are both driven by servo motors and precision ball screw pairs to achieve rapid traverse and feed movements. The X-axis screw has a diameter of 20 mm, and the Z-axis screw has a diameter of 40 mm. Domestic Qiqian precision ball screws are used. The carriage guide rails are fitted with anti-creep plastic soft bands, which effectively ensure the machine tool's positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
5. Tailstock:
The design of the machine tool's tailstock fully considers rigidity, load capacity, and user-friendliness. The clamping method is manual.
6. Chuck:
The machine tool is equipped with a 250 mm manual three-jaw chuck.
7. Centralized Lubrication
A centralized lubrication system is used to lubricate the guide rails, ball screws, and bearings. The lubrication pump has functions such as operational status display and hydraulic monitoring. The oiling cycle can be adjusted at any time.
