This machine tool adopts servo stepless speed regulation, with the headstock using three-speed manual transmission. It features high power, high speed, and a rational structure. The processing accuracy can reach level 6, with a roundness error not exceeding 0.01mm and a surface roughness not exceeding Ra2.5um. It is suitable for precision machining in medium to small batch machining workshops.
The maximum turning diameter on the bed of this machine tool is 800mm, suitable for turning various rotating surfaces and end faces, such as cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and circular arc surfaces, as well as various metric and imperial straight threads and tapered threads.
