Brief Introduction of Equipment:

1. BMU Vertical five-axis machining center, equipped with Siemens Sinumerik One system. This machine tool has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, fast response speed, and can realize five-axis linkage processing. At the same time, the machine tool is equipped with automatic tool change and automatic measuring devices for parts and tools. It can realize efficient and automated processing .

2. The machine tool consists of a base, a column, a crossbeam, a spindle box, a ram, a pneumatic system, an automatic lubrication system, a hydraulic system, a cooling and chip removal system, an electrical system, a numerical control system, a detection system, and a fully enclosed protection system. The machine tool moves the ram box (X axis ) left and right, the crossbeam (Y axis ) moves forward and backward, the ram ( Z axis ) moves up and down, the cradle turntable A axis swings, and the C axis rotates. The movement in each direction can be automatically controlled by the control unit, and five-axis linkage processing can be achieved.
