1. Product Introduction:

The ZG-type multi-ring drill gauge is a newly improved specialized tool for measuring drill tools, based on the original drill gauge. It features a new aluminum alloy housing design, which not only ensures resistance to rust but also significantly reduces the weight of the gauge body.

2. Scope of Application:
It can be used to measure the outer diameter (or the encompassing outer diameter) of various types of drill bits, fishing tools, and other different regular objects within its measurement range.


3. Usage Method: Open the gauge to slightly larger than the outer diameter of the object being measured, insert it horizontally around the object to be measured, and then move it downward to the tangent point of the object.


4. Maintenance Method: Wipe off surface dirt with a cloth, apply a small amount of lubricating oil between the gauge plates, move them back and forth several times to maintain flexibility.


5. Adopted Standard:
This product complies with the JJG38-94 petroleum industry quality inspection procedure and is technically approved.
