The LGK series IGBT soft switch inverter air plasma cutting machine uses a high-temperature arc to heat high-pressure air, and then through mechanical compression, thermal contraction, and magnetic contraction, it becomes an air plasma arc. The temperature can reach 24000~50000K, and the energy density can reach 105~106W/cm2. Therefore, it can easily cut copper, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel components. This technology is increasingly widely used in modern industrial production. There is a trend towards replacing oxyacetylene flame cutting.
