Light Gantry Plasma Cutting Machine



The XLMDCUT-3000 and XLMDCUT-4000 series CNC flame/plasma cutting machines are efficient, high-precision, and low labor-intensity CNC cutting devices. They are widely used in the metal sheet cutting processes of various mechanical manufacturing industries. These machines can cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metal sheets.
They are capable of cutting parts with any flat shape composed of straight lines and arcs. The graphical display is dynamic and intuitive, making it easy to learn. Programming can be done directly on the machine or by drawing on a computer, or by converting existing CAD files into G-code program files using the included software. These files can then be transferred to the machine via a USB drive for cutting. The machines employ a gantry-type structure for cutting, using either flame or air plasma. They are known for their high degree of automation, ease of operation and maintenance, and reliability. The machines have a compact and reasonable structure and are competitively priced, making them particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises in the sheet metal cutting process.

Main Features:
1. The crossbeam and both side support legs are welded together as an integral box-beam structure, which ensures good rigidity and resistance to deformation.
2. The cables for the torch lifting system are suspended using a cable drag chain to protect the gas pipes and wires effectively.
3. The lateral movement of the crossbeam lifting system employs a one-master-multiple-slave movement method, with each lifting body equipped with its torch and torch lifting mechanism.
4. Longitudinal movement is carried out using a dual-side drive method for precise and stable operation.
5. Arc voltage and capacitance height control systems can be configured according to user requirements to adjust the distance from the steel plate in real-time.
6. The cutting process includes a plasma torch anti-collision function.
