The Piston Rod Surface Repair Cladding Welding Robot System is composed of a set of welding robot systems, a set of Pulse MIG-500 all-digital pulse welding power supply, a control system, two sets of servo control positioners, and a wire-cutting device. The welding robot and the servo positioner can achieve coordinated 7-axis welding control, ensuring precise welding positions. Additionally, a dual-position control system is employed, which significantly enhances welding efficiency.
Key Features of the System:
1. Utilizes robotic automatic welding to replace manual cladding and repair of piston rod surfaces, greatly increasing production efficiency.
2. Adopts a spiral welding method, with control over welding current, voltage, walking speed, and rotation speed to adjust the thickness and tightness of the cladding, resulting in a visually pleasing, neat appearance with minimal spatter.
3. Implements dual-position control to reduce downtime for manual handling, ensuring the robot is operational at all times.
4. After robotic cladding, only surface machining is required, eliminating the need for secondary electroplating treatment, saving process time.
5. By employing one operator to oversee multiple robots in multiple workstations, work efficiency can be further increased and labor costs reduced.
