The ZXE1-500 AC/DC multi-function arc welding machine utilizes a dynamic iron-core arc welding transformer. It adjusts the welding current by changing the position of the dynamic iron core relative to the static iron core. The dynamic iron core has a slope to achieve a more uniform current adjustment, eliminating the need for gear shifting throughout the current adjustment range. This makes the adjustment extremely convenient. The dynamic iron core is equipped with a special anti-vibration device, ensuring uniform welding current adjustment, minimal vibration, low noise, and stable current.
